Do you actually get ripened fruit before the critters get it? That doesn’t often happen in my garden, unfortunately.
This is a first for us, so time will tell.
I’ve let too many magic moments pass me by. Hope to have learned my lesson.
They’re just Concord grapes, so if the critters get them I won’t be devastated.
Grapes are such pretty vines and when they throw on those cool dangly earrings, even more so! Nice picture!

The last open garden I attended, there were clusters of purple grapes with that wonderful bloom hanging agains a dark brown shingled house. It was very dramatic.

Technically grapes are in the edibles category but I think they’re highly ornamental too. Your photo proves it! Beautiful.

Berries and fruit can be very beautiful, as your picture shows. Plus there are oh so many birds and critters salivating for just a hint of ripeness to gobble them down – meaning you are right to take your pictures now.
I’d like to see them reach that lovely dusky purple shade. Don’t care so much about eating them.
