…and lovin every minute of it.
In the garden, a mix of Pulmonarias, all from blog swaps and I’ve lost track of which ones they are.
A few Muscari latifolium, which I keep expecting to multiply…some day.
In the meantime, I can spare a few for a vase. Even after the flowers fade, the spotted foliage of the Pulmonaria makes a nice groundcover at the woodland’s edge.
To see what others are singling out for vase duty this Monday, visit Cathy at Rambling in the Garden.
What a pretty collection you have, Ricki. I have the common one plus P. ‘Diana Clare’ which I love. What species is the thin-leaved one, do you know?
None of the ones in my garden look exactly like the several varieties we carry at work. Sorry I can’t help you out with a name.
I think ‘the blues’ are gorgeous in spring. Hoping my pulmonaria clump up nicely down the road like yours have 🙂
They do tend to spread so I think your chances are good.
Garden is my lifeline and I love flowers, spending some time each day in the garden makes me feel happy.

Pulmonaria – yet another group of plants I covet but can’t grow!
That works both ways, of course.
Pretty, pretty. This is my favorite type of arrangement–the simple one. If I didn’t have cats, I’d have bud vases throughout my house filled with flowers … throughout the growing season. Simply lovely. Sigh.
Bud vases are perfect for appreciating the attributes of a single flower. I love them too.
Beautiful blues. Love the Pulmonarias. They never come back for me.
We’re lucky that way…must have just the right climate for them.
I like the picture with Mr Davis. My Muscari so far seem to dwindle rather than multiply, and my Pulmonarias are kind of hiding in their shady corner, so I have never had enough for a vase. Something to look forward to, the foliage is lovely in a vase too. 🙂
Oh goody…I seldom do props, so it’s nice to have the extra effort appreciated.
Gorgeous blues! Ain’t spring grand?
It is…it IS!
All Blues? So What? 🙂
So whee!
